Who am i
I am Arijit Mallick, currently a PhD student at the University of Tuebingen, Germany specialising in Computer Vision and Deep Learning. I am a PhD scholar under the International Max Planck Research School IMPRS-IS program (since October 2017). I graduated from University of Jaume I, Spain in August 2017 finishing my Dual Masters in Advanced Robotics (EMARO+). I spent my first year of my Masters at Ecole Central de Nantes, France.
I was a recipient of fully funded Erasmus Mundus scholarship for Robotics program with mobility. Previously I did my B.E in Electronics and Instrumentation from Jadavpur University. I was also associated with Indian Statistical Institute for my Research Internship. I did my schooling from Narendrapur Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya, Kolkata; where I spent a significant amount of my life in boarding school. Later on, I joined Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan for my Higher Secondary curriculum. As of now, I am currently working in various projects on Robotics and Machine Vision and preferably I would like to pursue a PhD on Robotic Intelligence. Apart from this, I am an avid traveller and an exotic foodie. (request CV) |
